1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom.

Nationwide Delivery: Available for non-perishable and selected items,and frozens

Frozen and Perishable Items: Due to temperature control requirements, deliveries are processed and send for 24hrs delivery.

3. Shipping Fees

Nationwide Delivery: From £8(weight-based charges may apply)

Click & Collect: Free

Final delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

4. Packaging & Handling

Frozen and perishable products are packed using temperature-controlled insulated packaging to maintain freshness.

Orders are shipped with reliable courier partners experienced in handling food deliveries.

Customers are encouraged to receive and store frozen items immediately upon delivery to maintain quality and safety.

5. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address:

Our courier will attempt one re-delivery or leave a collection notice.

For perishable items, redelivery may not be possible for food safety reasons. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

6. Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If any items are missing, damaged, or spoiled, notify us within 24 hours with photos and order details.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

7. Click & Collect Orders

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

Orders must be collected within 24 hours for perishable goods to ensure quality.

Uncollected perishable orders will be discarded with no refund.
